RENTAL HOURS

We offer contactless pickup & drop off.

What this means is through utilizing e-sign rental agreement & online payments we can collect all the info we need prior to pickup so you have more flexible options for pickup and no coordination of schedules to make it an easy & fast pick up of your choosing!

PICKUP POLICY

A late pickup will NOT result in an of extension of your agreed rental drop off time.

DROP OFF POLICY

$50/HR late drop off fee.

The start of every hour late will be charged.

Drop off time will be based on your pickup time agreed upon prior to pick up.

If you pick up late this does not extend your 24HR drop off time.

CANCELLATION POLICY-

We ask you please contact us if you need to cancel or reschedule with a 3 week notice.

Deposit will be refunded if notice is given.

Failure to give notice will result in the card on file to be charged for full amount of trailer booking.

DAMAGE-

Any damage to the trailer or extra equipment will be charged fully to renters card on file, if insurance claim is not made by renter. Upon signing rental contract you will become 100% responsible for any damages or missing rental equipment.
